We had a sick kid and wanted to check in ahead. It is often hard with Japanese establishments but not with this hotel 🛏️! They let me check in without any hesitation but with a smile 😊 The room was huge and comfy. The staff are super nice with multilingual skills. Family Mart is nearby for your breakfast and Toto Stand is must if you love Uni! This will be my home in Kyoto for the next trip.

They had self service towel stations for drop off and pick up which was amazing. I’m not too keen on someone coming to clean my room during my stay so I loved that feature. As well as there being no physical key, just a code for the door.

Very modern and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, gave us some great recommendations. The hotel itself is walking distance to a great shopping district as well as some amazing temples. Would definitely stay here again.
