“Had to slept over the floor rather than the bed because this hotel has No air con under the weather with temperature above 35 degree. Next to one main drive way with bus stop downstairs,thus no way to open window and sleep because crazy noise. Management has no sense to proactively help guest under this extreme weather condition. The hotel looks very organized in all aspects but in the reality does not care guests much from service perspectvie ”

Il m a de suite contactée et a ete disponible avant, pendant et apres le sejour.communication tres fluide avec conseil et meme optention d une reduction en boutique pour la location du materiel. Indications claires et totalement exactes.un logement ou vous trouverez tout ce qu il faut, idealement situé.Dans le petit centre, a peine 300m des remontees mecaniques,200m de l epicerie et des magasins de location. Appartement traversant avec une vue sur la montagne……

“-UNRESPONSIVE HOST -Incomplete address requiring local shop keepers help to locate the unit, and to get luggage and groceries to the apartment -Unit is on 4TH FLOOR, which takes EIGHT flights of stairs to get to and there is NO ELEVATOR. -The bedroom is up an old, narrow, slippery, wooden staircase with NO LIGHTS and NO HANDRAILS. There was no way I was going to let my 81 year old mother use those stairs in the day or night! They were incredibly dangerous! -Two of the lamps in the bedroom did……
