“那麼多次用Hotel.com訂酒店，今次為最失望的一次。第一是我訂的是大床房，但到我上到房時發現是兩張單人床的房間。打去大堂問，他們竟然跟我說大床房都給別人了，沒辦法。第二是我訂的是商級商務房，但他們明顯是給了最普通的房間我，還說什麼自動升級了，照片也可以看到啊！！第三是廁所的味道。。。這個不用解釋了吧。反正今次是我最難忙最可怕的一次住宿經驗。”
