Lugano Adventure Sport Hotel

"The pluses for this apartment is the view, the beds, air conditioning and the garage. The property has a great view but is not lakeside so a bit misleading. I always read reviews before booking, and had noticed comments about lightbulbs, shower, etc. As these comments were made as far back as 2 years ago and the management always responded with promises to fix the issues, I decided to go ahead. "This is an outstanding hotel in every way."

"Rooms on the back side overlook a dirty green zone and our room was placed in the newer building while we would have preferred being in the old building. Access to spa and swimming pool has to be made trough the entrance and the lobby plus the bar, not very adequate in bathing gown. Otherwise, very nice staff and good kitchen. Service at the bar a little too superficial."

Kücheneinrichtung vernachlässigt, unbrauchbare Bratpfannen, defekte Herdplatte, lärmender Kühlschrank etc. Kommunikation nach meinem Hinweis zum Zustand abgebrochen. Homepage funktioniert nicht zuverlässig, daher Zahlung sehr mühsam. Empfehlung, sobald sämtliche Mängel behoben sind."

"The front desk, dining room, and room service staff were outstanding: friendly, helpful, accomodating. The hotel property is FULL of character and is VERY well kept. On the second floor, there is also a large outside courtyard for your enjoyment complete with a full-size chess set! Transportation to the train station and buses is right outside their front door. "
