「The rooftop was excellent and the staff there was fantastic. The food on the rooftop was also excellent. The check in staff was average. Checked us in and showed us to our room, didn't show us how to operate anything and the room lighting system is awful. It's digital button operated for everything, good luck getting a light on at night. The air conditioning is Mediocre. The bathroom was tiny and the "terrace" was an interior terrace open to nothing. The double superior room is not worth...

「(+)The hotel is about 200m away from central bus/train station, right next to the old town. A big shopping mall is in the opposite side as well. The room offers minibar with extra charge, free shampoo gel, hand soap, body milk hair gel and water boiler. However there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. The mattress is comfortable, not too hard or too soft. The staff was friendly and kind. (-)The breakfast is good but it keeps same almost everyday. The sound insulation is pretty bad at least for...

「Great location overlooking the marina. Only a 10-15min walk to the cathedral area and old town. Close to some excellent bars and restaurants. Public transport also easily accessible from hotel. Breakfast was good value with great choice. Staff friendly and informative. A very enjoyable short stay. 」
