“Our stay was good. The condo's location is great for its proximity to the beach and has beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. My family & I had a restful stay. Occasionally we heard loud noises from the AC or other places in the building, but that could be expected staying in a building that size. “Prime location: accessible to beach, free trolley, many restaurants, drugstores - all within walking distance. Accessible groceries. A half hour Uber ride into downtown Miami. The AC worked great. Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery, filtered coffee brewer - beach and fresh towels were furnished. Comfortable bed. Would stay again. 👍👍”

“It was an excellent vacation. The property is on the water. Everybody in the resort is super friendly and helpful. The property has everything needed for six days. The only recommendation I would make is about the bed and the sheets. The mattress needs cover protection, and the sheets should be fitted. But besides that, everything was great. The owner is super attentive and responded in minutes.”

“We loved staying at this condo at the Alexander! It was decorated beautifully, we had plenty of space for two couples. The kitchen was fully stocked. And the balcony view was stunning! Our host responded immediately to every text and was extremely accommodating. The pool has an adult only section and a kids section. I loved that. Also the beach was right there. And renting the chairs on the beach was very reasonable. I highly recommend this place for a fun Miami weekend! Can’t wait to come back!”

“Great place, location. Very clean and easy. Management was very easy to work with. Just lacked a few things. No way to plug the kitchen sink to do dishes. Not enough wash clothes. Could have used more towels. No Tupperware. The remote for the TV in the bedroom didn’t work. Broom was in rough shape.”

“My friends and I stayed here for 3 nights for my bachelorette party. It was close to the beach and walkable to plenty of other restaurants, etc. The owner sent a long email with tons of information and recommendations for the area, which was very helpful. There was also a lot of beach towels and beach equipment available for us to use, which was amazing for us as we are from out of state. Size was perfect for us, and we had no problems with the building or check in process.would definitely……
