「We checked in. We were upgraded to a suite which was great! However, when we got in the room, we realized why they gave us this suite. The trash wasn’t emptied, the kitchen sink was broken and the bottom cupboard was missing. I spoke to a maid the next morning and asked if we could get clean towels and the trash emptied. She said it would be done. Nothing. We put the trash outside the room. It was still sitting there when we checked out. Disappointing 」
