"Cleanliness and service is excellent. Staff is helpful and polite. Would be very good if room can be slighly bigger for 3 adults. Bath shower is very good with strong water pressure. WC is state of the art and you'd had a hard time adjusting back to a normal one. Hotel is right at the centre of action."

The staff were very friendly and fluent in English hence making our check in that much easier. They were also very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage while we travel to Jeju.
