"This property was wonderful it had a great services, the only thing is to get to most places it’s a least a 30 min taxi. Which isn’t bad but just mentally prepare. The 37 restaurant and grill was amazing!!! The food was prepared wonderfully. Also if you do need a taxi the front desk personnel will call one for you, just tell them the destination. "

"The hotel is lovely, right by the metro station and within walking distance of great shops (department stores and street shopping) as well as Namsan park. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and all the staff were friendly and helpful. "

"The service from the staff was excellent. I have stayed here a few times now when I’m in Seoul. It is very conveniently located in Gangnam area and easy access to 2 subway station and the City Airport Bus terminal inside the Coex mall. Hotel is also family friendly with offerings for the little ones in the hotel. My only disappointment in the hotel could use a renovation. It feels a little outdated "
