“This is a wonderful hotel on the lake, very close to town. The pool is heated and lots of nice furniture. The grounds are well maintained and the view from the room is terrific. Lots of beachfront here. You can walk across street and wait for a $1 trolley to get into town - they run often so not much of a wait. Staff here is very friendly and helpful.”

“The room was so clean, and even the housekeeping was amazing! The staff were friendly. They have plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. A beach towel was available too. We enjoyed the pool so much. It was so cozy to stay there. A hairdryer, and air conditioner worked pretty well. We were able to hear the next rooms, but they were quiet at night, so it wasn’t a problem. I would love to go back someday.”

“Scotty’s is a gem, adorable motel right on the lake. Room was very clean, brand new bathroom , king bed was comfortable. Small fridge and coffee maker. Nice heated pool, beach area with volleyball and cornhole. 2 nice fire pits to sit around at night. Beautiful! Only disappointment was the building by pool only open Friday- sunday until later in season. Very close to town. We had a great stay! ”

“The location, sundeck, pool & ocean front property were great but a little run down. The rooms were small. The Linens & beds were clean & comfortable, but furnishings & bathrooms felt a little run down. That said, I would still return because the staff were attentive & location was amazing. ”

“We were very disappointed to learn that the resort kitchen was not operating and that food was prepared in a food truck in the parking lot. There were no options for breakfast or lunch and the limited and costly dinner option. We should have been advised prior to our and the meal cost should have been adjusted accordingly. ”
