“We had a nice stay. The employees are very nice and helpful. The hotel sprawls and can be quirky. The location is great. This is a dependable property with a great foundation in history and service!”

“The room was ideal. It was comfortable, had a bath and shower that were easy to operate. There was a generous supply of teas and coffee. The cosy lounges downstairs were lovely. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful with plenty of coffee/tea topups. All the staff were polite and attentive and easy to have a chat to. Overall, a memorable stay. We shall certainly return soon!”

“Nice Location and Hotel”

“Our third stay at the Old Ram and, as before, we found the staff friendly and welcoming. The meals we had in the restaurant were delicious and the staff were attentive to our needs. The Old Ram is an ideal place to stay for a visit to Norwich and the surrounding area.”

“Enjoyed our stay. Food was delicious and plentiful. Had both evening meals and room service. Room was spacious and had all we needed. Furnishings etc could do with a little modernisation (as with one of the eating areas) but wasn't a big issue. Outside pool was a bonus and lovely after some sightseeing. Asked at breakfast if we required room sevice and an evening meal which we felt was a good idea, but you could get intouch about changing evening meal if required. On the whole staff were……
