"This condo was great! A full kitchen with every appliance and dishes anyone would need, we even found food stuff that we forgot, such as olive oil and salt and pepper! The washer and dryer is right there on the balcony and the living room and bedroom is very roomy. Check in and check out was done via phone so you are actually in the condo before you have to worry about it. The Gulf is right across the road and you can call a golf cart for tips or catch a trolley to go anywhere on the island....

"We enjoyed our stay it was quiet, clean and very comfortable. There are lots of steps to get into building and up to the bedroom they are a bit steep! Not a place for anyone that cannot use steps. Only issue I had was one of the beds are squeaky so it woke me up constantly and neither mattress was very comfortable for me, but I have back issues and it only effected me not my partner, he slept just fine! "Loved the condo!! Fantastic property and cannot beat the sunset evening view with paddle boarders and kayakers heading out. Only recommendation is for the beds in the second bedroom. Both beds are hard and uncomfortable. If you have a foam mattress topper, you might want to bring it with you. Master bedroom was comfy and nice to have direct access to balcony. Communication was great too."

"The property was beautiful, the view from the balcony was awesome. There were some issures but Pensacola Beach Properties are the best to work with. We are older and not having a boardwalk to the beach was tough considering we had no beach service. Lots of steps just to get to the sand path to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!"
