“We had such an excellent stay at this BW location! The staff at check in and check out were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was also quiet. The breakfast was excellent and very fresh with lots of choices for everyone in the family. We have no complaints and would be happy to stay here again in the future should we come through town again, Thank you for giving us a wonderful experience BW Airport Inn!”

“由於從台灣到此出差，有14小時時差，除了工作時間外，常在房間休息。 然而因為房間的隔音效果差，在房間休息時常受其他房間開關門聲影響，其他房客在走廊上嬉鬧顯的吵雜。 又房間內的WIFI訊號不是很穩定，使用通訊軟體打電話時常斷訊。 房間內的微波爐建議擺放簡易說明書。 櫃台服務很好，快速退房也很方便。 自機場抵達及離開時皆能快速安排車輛接駁很方便。”

“Staff was amazing. Pillow size reminding me a throw pillows. Orange chair in room had reached the end of its lifespan. Toilet was a bit to close to the sink. Room was clean along with the entire facility. Even with the few very minor issues we would stay here again. ”

“Josh was a great host and easy to reach. The place is just as described. Easy to access, convenient with what we needed. Josh even stocked a few snacks. Which was thoughtful. My only wish was for an AC unit in the living room, as it is a bit warm being on the second floor, but he did have a fan. Which did help. Thanks for opening up your home to us.”

“The staff was friendly and excellent. We only had the breakfast, but it was really good for it being a complimentary hotel breakfast with lots of options & decent coffee. The room was clean & we had a nice view of the river. There were a few bulbs out in the room but nothing that bothered us much. My only downfall was the AC seemed to either feel ice cold (which I prefer - we all do it when we get to a hotel: don’t lie) then it felt like would fluctuate a good 10 degrees warmer without us……
