“It was a perfect no-frills stay in a fantastic location in downtown Chicago. The room was big. There aren’t typical amenities like an ice bucket or even plastic cups for the bathroom, but they did provide two regular bottles of water, so I guess that sufficed. I was able to get a cutlery set from the restaurant when I needed it for my room, so that was good. Check in person, Beverly, was very nice and was so wonderful at giving me an orientation to Chicago. Bed was comfortable. I was here on……

“We loved this hotel and will stay again. Restaurant in lobby had awesome fresh food. One thing they failed to tell us was that there is a master light switch that turns off every switch. Nothing will turn on without turning that on. Took us awhile to figure that out. In the middle of the night we were using the flashlight on our phone. They might want to let guests know about that. ”

“The facility is fantastic. Really enjoyed the gym and pool. Our premium apartment was not the best. Although the corner suite offered a fantastic view the apartment was dirty and run down. Trains are very loud. Not sure that I would stay here again. For the same price you can book something in the north or downtown. ”

“This hotel was perfect for our stay in chicago. Close to everything! Room was exactly like the picture and super clean. The staff was extremely friendly and the attached restaurant was amazing!!”

“The hotel location is ok,but the room is very small and old. There is no coffee machine in the room,even don't have a bottle of water. The girl at the front desk is arrogant. 3-night hotel experience is not good.”
