The sweetest staff that went above and beyond to make my trip smooth. The rooms are nice enough boutique hotel vibes. They have a nice bar and jacuzzi too! Their WiFi was down throughout the stay tho and you can’t use hotspot with the TVs so that was a bummer tho.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Clean, good vibe, nice staff, GREAT room. The only minor disappointment I encountered was that we were only allowed to have one robe in the room and there were two of us, just would have made it that much better.

I loved the aesthetic of the hotel and how clean my room was. The added extras like the chalkboard outside the room and the kiss design on my bathroom mirror was a fun touch. The location was also perfect! The only thing I did not like was how thin the walls were, you can hear everyone talking in the halls and there was no microwave available.

That staff was very helpful and professional. Room was very small but bathroom was nice and the bed was comfortable. It has a rock-n-roll vibe to it which was nice. There was a hole in the bottom corner of the wall that looked freshly made by something.

Very nice and cozy hotel. Great location - close to the Navy Pier and the river and shops and restaurants. There is no breakfast, only tea and coffee, but there is a bakery on the ground floor and many places to eat nearby. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room was small and tidy, but definitely signs of wear and tear on the floor and bed frame. Staff was friendly, but you need to ask your room to be serviced, they don’t automatically clean your room daily. Air conditioning is a wall unit, worked pretty well. Hot tub near the gym; free coffee on the 2nd floor daily. I would stay again, the location is GREAT.

Great location if you want to be in the heart of downtown Chicago. Parking is tight and expensive. The front desk staff wasn't rude but they also offered very little help and had poor communication. The bar is cute but the drinks were terrible.

What a little gem! Very unassuming exterior, small lobby with an attached bakery / coffeeshop and bar. Wonderfully clean, quiet comfortable suite. Whimsical chalkboard on the door and glowing lips on the mirror. The staff were wonderful and consistently accommodating. The location was convenient to pretty much everything. All for a surprisingly affordable rate. It's now on our shortlist of preferred spaces in the city.
