“This place was great for our needs. We were three adult women who all wanted our own space, and we got it! Having two bathrooms was perfect (a necessity really) even though they were a bit small. My one comment was that the bed configuration was different than I saw in the listing. It was two queens and a full. There was no room with two twins. We loved the location and the parking was surprisingly super easy. Never had a problem finding a spot close by. We loved being able to just walk out……

“This was an amazing place to stay. New fixtures and vintage decor just blocks from downtown Solvang with all its yummy bites and wine tasting rooms. Will stay here again!”

“We took our daughters to visit some colleges and this was a great location for our home base. The accommodations are very nice and it’s a short walk from a number of bakeries and restaurants and other great spots.”

“Good location, clean space. The room is very small, “studio” alluded to at least a little living space but this is a small bedroom. There is only a few feet around the bed in the room. I called to request early checkin & was told they would text me hourly before 4 pm to let me know if the room was ready. They never let me know and then when we left the cleaners arrived before our 10 am check out. 2 codes required, one is 10 digits long. In my opinion a hotel of comparable cost would provide more……

“This house was just right for a long weekend stay. It was nice and roomy and conveniently located to the State Street shops and restaurants.”

“Our family loves staying at this perfectly appointed property and have stayed here twice now with plans on returning . What is special about it is the spaciousness and nicely decorated rooms including very comfortable beds and linens . The kitchen is stocked with all one needs to barbecue in the shaded back yard on elegant patio furniture . It’s a 4 min walk to beautiful Butterfly Beach and 10 min walk to Montecito’s farmers market . When staying here you really feel like a local nestled in……

“The location of this property was the main reason we chose it, nice and close to the beach. It was clean, but floors were unlevel, especially in the bedroom where the head of the bed seemed lower than the foot of the bed. And there was a 10 digit code to unlock/ lock the door to the room which was very cumbersome /bothersome every time we left and came back. Not sure we would stay here again as the cons probably outweighed the pros.”

“Clean rooms with amenities like towels, a/c, kitchenette, and complimentary snacks. Comfortable bed and staff was communicative via texf and easy to get a hold of if I had any questions or if anything needed to be fixed. Check in time is only at 4pm but that’s ok because the guests and I were exploring santa barbara so just plan accordingly”

“No parking despite description on site. Office is located off property—hard to find. Room was fine tho. ”

“It is a beautiful casita. Very comfortable and romantic, charming, and cozy. The gardens around the property are just gorgeous. Beautiful pool. Very nice place to relax and slow down. Many nice places to visit within an hours drive or so. Easy to get to wine country. Dino and his wife are fantastic hosts.”
