“飯店給我們提早入住，並且安排高樓層的房間，飯店配置舒適優雅，住在140年的古蹟飯店裡，非常棒。飯店人員友善服務優秀，飯店位置方便到達電車與地鐵。可惜我被蟎蟲咬了、以及浴缸水龍頭水管很髒，原本想泡澡，但因為水太髒作罷。機場接送到飯店大約35-40分鐘。樓下有英式下午茶可以體驗，一個人89AU，如果有經費，推薦大家可以慢慢享用。附近離唐人街很近，離劇院也很近，大家可以安排一些劇院的文化體驗。”

“We have been to lot of Hotel Grand Chancellor in different countries with good experience but in Melbourne was a really bad experience. Hotel Grand Chancellor Mel, they only tidy up the bed sheet but not clean the room, not change the tower every day, and sometimes they didn't provide us the shampoo and body wash. Even the receptionists, they were not willing to help you until you urge them for many times and they always reject and refuse to help you until you insist somebody helps you before. ”

“I booked this hotel because it was a meeting point of day tours, it was convenient for day tour The staffs were helpful, I arrived at 8:45,and asked for early check in due to the early flight, with the help of the lobby staffs ,we finally checked in at 10:30 Although not bottle waters provided, There was a water machine at the lobby provided hot and cool water. The Room was clean and comfortable. I will choose this hotel next time I come melbourne”

“first of all, the sink is quite hard to use, the tap is too close to the edge that water split everywhere. and there was no house keeping even we asked the lady to help and she said ok to come clean our room later. the worst thing is that, it was super noisy during night, we couldn’t sleep for whole night! there was a club or something nearby and the music does not stop till morning! we stayed up all night… the good thing is bed is soft and good to lay on. and hotel is very near southern cross……
