“I really loved Castiglione di Sicilia - the town is perched on top of a crest of mountain and looks amazing as you are driving in. This seemed like quite a small town with lots of older folk in their older fiats and renaults, or sitting on street corners for a coffee or drink. Cento Tari Guest House was lovely - very well presented, and cosy and the hosts were lovely at checkin and at breakfast. “Clearly a newly decorated place, and felt quite spacious due to a nice room, bathroom, hallway layout. Sparkling clean! Lovely garden towards the river - outdoor areas were also very neat and tidy. Spacious parking. B&B host Irene was super nice and helpful - mostly Italian speaking but written communication in English was fine. The B&B is a little far from village life, and there are few restaurant options within walking distance but we did manage to find a very local and super cozy osteria.……
