“We had a lovely stay in these apartments in Jul/Aug 2023. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage children, the apartments were very spacious and it was great that the children each had their own bedroom. The apartments have everything required for a self catering holiday. The swimming pools are excellent with plenty of sunbeds available. The pool bar is open from midday to 8:30pm. In my opinion it would be better if the bar opened earlier for morning coffee and breakfast. The complex is situated……

“Spacious, clean and comfortable penthouse flat with large balcony which gets the sun virtually all day. Close to shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. However, there were several inaccuracies in the listing info: VRBO listing states, 'pool/spa with fence around the pool'. Neither the pool, spa or fence seem to exist, VRBO listing for car parking states, 'on site options, including garage' There is no garage and 'on site options' means hunting for scarce road parking or paying for expensive……

“The apartment is exactly as shown on FeWo. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We were there for 4 weeks and will definitely go back. Check-in and check-out were very well organised. Compliment to the owner and his helper in Tenerife.”

“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr großzügig geschnitten ung gemütlich eingerichtet. Leider liegt des Appartement etwas außerhalb und man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an die Vermieterin Frau Pieck, die uns bei einem Stromausfall schnell und kompetent geholfen hat.”

“This was a lovely clean cozy apartment with a wonderful view from the balcony.The location was ideal...a few minutes walk from the beach and lovely walks.The bus station was a short walk away and there was a shortcut through the park as you come out the side door of Copacabana.We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment.”

“Nett und modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Alles ist fußläufig innerhalb ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Mit der etwas lauten Umgebung muss man sich gewöhnen. Dafür hat man keine weiten Wege. Ein großes Lob an Olivia , sie ist sehr darum bemüht ihren Gästen alles angenehm zu gestalten.”

“La visita a las Canarias y ,en especial, a Tenerife era un viaje que queríamos hacer desde siempre y ha podido ser ahora. Hemos disfrutado de la isla desde el norte hasta el sur y todo nos ha gustado. La casa de Roberto es impresionante porque tiene de todo para hacer que te sientas cómodo. La ubicación es fantástica y, además, el garaje viene muuuuy bien porque es difícil encontrar aparcamiento. Todo de diez.”

“very modern apartment with comprehensive range of appliances, kitchen utensils and laundry. 5 min walk to Las Ramblas and a further 5 minutes to the pedestrian shopping area. I thoroughly enjoyed my time staying there! (Only negative is the parking is hit and miss - and don't bring a large vehicle as the road is narrow)”

“Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung in einer Apartmentanlage. Wir haben die Zeit und die ruhige Lage sehr genossen. Auch der beheizte Pool war super gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder !”

“The property is perfect for a stay in Puerto de la Cruz. It is a quiet complex with a great heated pool. A 20 minute stroll down to the main promenade and a shorter, though uphill, walk to Traoro Park. The nearby Botanical Gardens are excellent as is the range of restaurants and bars.”

“Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Lage ist optimal, der schöne Strand Playa de Jardin ist fussläufig erreichbar. Loropark direkt gegenüber. Wunderbare Aussicht von der Sonnenterasse, täglich Meerwasserpool fast allein nutzbar. Großzügige Räume, bequeme Betten. Leider keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme, aber online waren Netflix & Co. möglich. Sehr netter Vermieter bzw. Eigentümer. Volle Punktzahl!”
