“The condo is small and basic but who goes to Breckenridge to stay inside? Very close to so many running/hiking/biking trails. Close to downtown. Easy access with the underground parking garage. There were some signs the condo wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, though. Candy wrappers under the bed, dead flies or bees in the carpet, the pillows didn’t have big enough cases and they were grungy. But overall it was fine for a short stay.”

“Great spot. The buildings are definitely dated but ski in/out, locker for ski storage, hot tubs and proximity to downtown WAY outweighed that.”

“We had a great experience. The room is exactly as photographed. It is essentially in a hotel. The lift is literally right out back. The communication was instant, which is good. My only issue was the parking. We rented a vehicle because the listing states that parking is available. It does not say parking is not guaranteed. So we parked at a near by lot for $20/night (the ice rink lot). you are able to leave the car there for up to 14 days. However, I wish they stated in the actual listing……

“My family and I had a great vacation. This house is located just 5 min walk from peak 8 lifts and gondola, 3 min drive from grocery store and Breck town, it was great I could drop my kids at the ski school and get back in 1 min to have breakfast before go skiing. House was totally equipped and was kindly set with bathroom and kitchen amenities such as shampoo soap, Kleenex boxes, plenty of trash bags for all the waste basket located in every room of the house. The kitchen was wonderfuly……

“Location is pretty good. Very close to hot tubs. A little walk to run/lift area but not bad. Close enough to walk to downtown. Unit is a little older but no complaints. Unit was clean when we arrived.”

“I wanted a TRUE ski in/out location. YES this was! I liked the 2 separate locations of Bathrooms to prepare for day. One had toilet and the other shower/tub. Both with sinks! This made it so much easier to get around. I had read reviews and descriptions and knew what I was getting. It was great. My Son said I want to Book this for next Year again!!!”

“This place was great. Rather than expand on that here are a couple notes you might find useful: - Pull out couch/bed in living area is super comfortable (memory foam mattress). It is also really easy to set up and put away daily. - Place was really well stocked (best spice/seasoning selection along with pretty much everything else you might need. They even had foam rollers, mats, boot heater/drying device, etc.) - You are right on the 4 Oclock run so you're less than 10 steps back door to……

“As represented. Easy folks to work with. Can see snowflake lift from window, about 20 feet away. Easy walk to lift and to town. Note: you don’t ski to the lift but it is an easy and short walk. Maybe 50 yards. Nice, well lit, parking garage and ski storage. Would stay here again.”
