“This is a remote place to stay, small, quiet, old and charming. It’s really only suitable for a couple maybe with children. The owner was there to meet us. He was thorough in acquainting us with the place and its amenities. We loved it. A real step back in time. ”

“Beautiful small hotel. We received a nice upgrade without asking for it. The apartments are very comfortable and has complete kitchens. They received us with a bottle of wine and some groceries. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are some options nearby. I would only recommend staying here if you have a car. Good option to stay here and make day trips to different Tuscan towns.”

“Beautiful renovated apartment in historic building. The only negatives are the flights of stairs to navigate, 3rd sleeping area is just an open loft and per person tourist tax that wasn't communicated until we had been there 22 hours. The apartment was clean and well done overall.”

“Loved our stay at House of Alice. It’s very centrally located in Tuscany. Francesco was wonderful and took care of reservations and recommendations for us. The village itself is very small. The house was clean and well appointed. Small recommendations are; it could have used more efficient seating in the living room, a few more kitchen items, larger coffee maker etc. Also the bathrooms could use hooks and a shelf. Overall a wonderful and charming place! I would highly recommend!”

Das kleine Bergdorf Chiusdino ist einfach süß, die Menschen sehr herzlich und liebevoll. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und sicher gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, so konnten wir viele Tagesausflüge unternehmen. Wir können es wirklich weiter empfehlen und kommen vielleicht mal wieder zu Marisa und Paolo in diese kleine Oase. “After a precarious drive up, we were blown away by the views and pool at this property. It is breath taking. There is a wonderful restaurant just up the road and a fantastic town below. Really great place to bring groceries, sit by the pool and relax. We had a fabulous spa day in the town, also. LOVED this stay and hope we can return!”

“A wonderful place with all amenities and extra little touches. The whole family enjoyed the break at Casa Kennedy and especially the pool. It was remote and peaceful with wonderful views but accessible with a car to get to Pisa, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Tenuta Adamo winery and other places if you choose. We used the train network too. Drive up to Guzzano typical windy route. Able to stock up in multiple supermarkets at base of the climb up. Would highly recommend this villa one of our……
