“室內陳設及佈置非常賞心悅目，可以同時使用密碼及鑰匙的房門設計也非常棒。 設備/設施與服務如果也能夠一樣受重視應該會更好。 例如浴室電熱毛巾架是沒有啟用的，又或者只有特定時間會作動，空調有時無法被調整。工作人員較少，不易得到即時協助。”

“Rapporto qualità prezzo ok. Un po' penalizzante chiusura alle 20 della struttura x eventuali necessità generiche. Colazione discreta. Unico problema gli attuali lavori di ampliamento con operai pronti a martellare dalle 8 di mattina. Avendo nel periodo venerdì 17 blocco acqua calda (x lavori) e dimenticanza riassetto camera... Ma niente di grave. ”

“Hallo Die Anlage selbst ist sehr schön auch die Natur ist klasse. Gastronomie ist ausreichend und die Preise gehen in Ordnung. Der Supermarkt ist sehr teuer und das Personal sehr unfreundlich. Der Bungalow war sauber und es hat alles funktioniert. Das Bad war sauber nur der Schimmel in der Dusche war nicht schön und die Sanitäranlagen gehören instandgesetzt Das wäre dringend notwendig. ”

“入住的第一印象就很好，櫃檯英文解說速度會刻意放慢讓我們聽懂而不是想草草了事，且有帶我們暸解完整環境設施以及客房位置，停車可停在房間前面(看房型)。周邊環境清幽，風景很好，距離San Gimignano, The Mall和Firenze都不遠。飯店本身有很多TOUR可以預訂，可以先上官網看看有沒有想嘗試的。我們有一晚在飯店用餐，服務生態度很好，餐點美味！沒有缺點，不過要注意入住時間，櫃檯不是24小時的”

“Mein Aufenthalt war ok - die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und nett. Zimmer und Haus gepflegt und sauber! Frühstück sehr gut und so viel man möchte (kein Buffet, aber Silvia fragt alle 2 Minuten, ob man noch etwas möchte :D )”
