The apartments are modern as described in the pictures and the parking is secure which is a bonus. It is about a 35 minute undulating walk to Siena centre or €12 euro taxi. We were quite disappointed by the restaurant and didn’t think it was worth the price charged, the room also missed a kettle but there were tea bags which seemed strange. Overall a pleasant stay for what we needed to visit the local area and the staff were friendly.

Brand new rooms conveniently located. The staff was excellent. Simona at the front desk set up incredible dinners for us in Sienna and an outstanding wine tasting at winery. Incredibly helpful, knows all the best places and was really fun. The rooms are new and there are really nice walking trails in a private woods. Lovely place and Simona and Lilianna helped us have a wonderful visit to Sienna.

Large, comfy rooms with good service, near center

Stayed at this hotel for a bike race in Siena. It was perfect for our needs as the rooms were large with space for three adult men and their bikes. It is near to the city if you have a bike but walking to the center could be a bit much for some people especially returning up the hill to the hotel. The gym and spa were great. Everything you could need. They have a pool but we were there in March so we didn't use it. The place feels like as if it was meant for another purpose like apartments and then transitioned to hotel so it is a bit sparse with limited furniture, long empty corridors and multiple levels. The staff was helpful though and allowed for special late checkouts. I would stay there again for the bike race.

Even if the property is not fully ready, the greatest asset of the staff is their promptness to resolve any little detail that may be out of place and answer all our requests with professionalism and great customer attention. The apartment we had was perfect, very spacious and everything was new!! Beautiful area surrounding the building and very conveniently located. Ingrid and the staff were particularly generous and professional with our issues. Congratulations ! We would like to return when the full property is ready with all the facilities ready!!! This place is only good if you have a car. It is very difficult to get taxis in Siena and we ended up walking from the train station. Google maps said 10 minutes but took almost 40. It’s a hike up hills and not easy to find. The building is confusing how to find your room is almost impossible. There isn’t much within walking distance. The rooms are very big but the bed is uncomfortable and it is very noisy and difficult to sleep listening to trains and traffic noise. The room said it had a kettle to make coffee provided but there was nothing and the front was charging for coffee and water. Also said breakfast was included but there was nothing. Would stay next time in the old town.

The architect of this hotel should loose his/her license. The room is gigantic and with lots of wasted space. In the bathroom, there is no counter top space around the sink and the shower box is tiny, causing the water to splash all over the floor. In addition, the exhaust system in the bathroom is very loud and nearly deafening. The curtains in the bedroom cover the air conditioning, so the air doesn’t flow if the curtains are closed. In the living area, the TV is super small and very distant from the sofa, so you can’t really watch it. They should have at least a 50 inches in size. Finding your room is nearly impossible. A very nice lady, Helena, walked us there. There is a number for the building, another for the floor and another for the unit itself. They don’t make sense! The floor number does not match the numbers in the elevator. The location is fantastic. The property is surrounded by trees and everything is brand new. There still time to fix most of the problems and if they do, the hotel can be a huge success. Best of luck.

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on, worse that a hostel. The hotel is massive and hard to navigate as you have to take several elevators to your room, and there is not clear signage in the hallways. The hotel lobby is nice and it feels as if they completely ran out of budget when the did the bedrooms. It feels like a big hospital and the rooms are not cozy/welcoming. I would not stay here again.

Kändes helt nytt och rummen var enormt stora. Svårt att hitta i byggnaden…. Lagom pool som ligger precis vid restaurangen. Ligger avsides så verkligen avkoppling och behövs bil för att nå Siena.

편안한 숙소

시내와 조금 떨어진곳에 있으나 걸어서 10분거리에 대형마트가 있습니다. 저녁과 조식 재료를 살수있습니다. 호텔은 실버타운 속 일부를 일반 여행자에게 제공하는것같은데 직원들이 아주 친절하고 시설도 깨끗하고 좋아 편안하게 이용할수 있었습니다. 화장실이 약간 냄새가 나는것 같았으나 전체적으로 새롭고 청소가 잘 되어있어 좋았어요.

Appartement très spacieux mais peu d’obscurité pour dormir (aucun volet): La chambre possède seulement des rideaux occultants mais positionnés trop loin des fenêtres et dans le séjour ni volet ni rideaux occultants hors il est considéré comme une deuxième chambre quand il est loué pour 4 personnes. Petit déjeuner correcte mais pas de réel service de restauration mais un buffet plutôt simple. personnel très accueillant.
