“除了房內清潔，我們連續入住3天，拖鞋沒有給新，垃圾除了垃圾桶外的，放滿了放在垃圾桶旁邊都沒有收，因為第一次去日本不太了解日本的酒店清潔是否都這樣，除了這些其他都很好，房內很大很安靜，設施都很好，燈光也光猛，入住21樓風景非常好，大堂和前台的職員都非常有善和專業，設施和職員的服務讓我感覺在5星酒店。期待下次去大阪再入住。”

“The hotel is huge in size and the services are completed except that it is a bit old. The only issues is that it is a bit old and if the facilities provided (swimming pool, etc.)are more open to the customers will be better.”
