"This is a great hotel. The best part is the location in the middle of Dotombori. All of activity, shops, and restaurants are literally at your doorstep. And despite that, we did not find it to be noisy or loud, which was great. The hotel was clean and exactly as advertised. They provided luggage storage during the day before or after check in/out.
