"Excellent services, staff are very well-mannered, thanks for putting up with six of us. Room is well maintained. Beds are super comfortable. My mum is delightedly surprised at the firmness of the mattress as well as the crispness of bedsheets. All amenities are of decent quality, the sort you would use at home rather than on rod. "I had the privilege of staying at the Conrad for 4 nights. The hotel is on floors 32 thru 40 in the middle of Osaka and I can only describe the view as stunning. In my room I was looking down on 13 helipads - an unbelievable vantage point. The room itself was state of the art with a central control system allowing me to open/close the drapes, control the lighting and air conditioner and set the alarm.
