“I booked 2 days. after the first night, we went out for shopping and came back, our room was occupied. We were told we just booked one night without calling us, even we had our packages in the room.”

“This property desperately needs some updating. The control panel on the elevator was taped on! Walls and floors dirty and worn. The whole place is nonsmoking but our room had burn marks everywhere and smelled of old smoke. One bed slanted so hard to one side we could barely sleep pillows were a total lumpy mess. “My family and I stayed in the Suite, that consisted of 2 queen beds and a double pull-out. It was pretty good. There were two exceptions - the curtains were torn and my mom wasn't able to close them to keep the morning sunshine from coming in, and the bathtub wasn't clean when we arrived. However, it was checkout and the cleaning ladies was conveniently cleaning the room across from ours so she came in and cleaned it for us. They have a maintenance man that I was forever seeing either cleaning……
