“Friendly staff. Close to tube station (stonebridge). Easy to reach on Bakerloo line. Walking distance to OVO if you dont want to get back on tube. Food delivery available. Really nice, clean, room but not much in the way of crockery/cuttley. No glasses etc., but cafe downstairs were helpful and happy to provide. Towels and bedding clean and fresh. Nice communal area with pool table and TVs. Didnt use gym but looked nice. Enjoyed the stay.”

“We absolutely loved our stay aboard MV Seacrest. Mark is a great host who was wonderful about communicating before and during our stay. He greeted us aboard on our first day, gave us a tour of the boat and explained some of the rules and things about our stay so check in was so easy. Seacrest is definitely a unique place to stay, but if you know going in that you’re staying on a 100+ year old ship and not a luxury cruise mega boat, you will have a fantastic stay. “There's no one at the spot; you have to reply on the telephone number they provided. The whole house had a heating system set at an inconveniently low temperature and one cannot put to it higher value. Myself and later another tenant had to wait one hour each over the phone right at the doorstep in order to make calls and get the drop box room key as well as the main door electronic lock fixed. ”

“My wife and her parents stayed 3 nights, and this fit the ticket. Very close walking distance to restaurants, laundrette and tube station. Approximately 40minutes to Kings Cross station. Most of our dining and days were out and about so this gave us a pillow to rest our head and a shower and so it fit us just right. It might be a bit tight to cook in a large feast for 4 if it’s raining out, but the patio was lovely.”

“My review isn't for this actual property because, due to incorrect information on Expedia, we had to move to somewhere different, literally last minute (as we arrived!). ***Beware that Expedia states self parking onsite but does not say it has to be pre-booked*** We needed parking due to health reasons but there was none available because it had all been booked (luckily I checked details before setting off). Jonathan was an excellent host, doing everything he could to resolve this for us,……

“The interior facility was fine. Clean and functional. The communication with management was good. They responded quickly. They called to check to make sure everything was OK early in the stay. However… As many other reviews have said about the Hounslow location… The entry area was filled with trash every day from other businesses. The space heaters were not properly assembled and so they actually sat wobbling on the cords. I did call and report this and sent pictures. There was zero security.……

“Location was what we wanted, it was a apartment which was nice as we had lots of room. Beds were very old, uncomfortable and noticed major amount of brown stains on my mattress. The owners need to do some repairs as the floor in rotten in kitchen and shower nozzle is barely hanging on the wall.”

It has been recently renovated. The property is a great base to both visit London and enjoy Richmond.
