“The first room I was given was totally fine and lovely but I was concerned about my sleep schedule with an early morning work event. The super friendly front desk helped me change my room to a better sleep situation for me and were kind and understanding regarding the situation. I received a personal follow up email from the manager checking on how my stay was. Always love staying at the Wythe for these reasons! ”
"We look at the page to see the new year's activities in the room But we were shown the street room and couldn't see the Times Square New Year's Eve event at all. We asked for a room change and we had to pay more. We later paid more to get us another room. Will not book this hotel again."
