“I was stunned by the view upon the arrival. The 360 degree ocean view was really great. The customer service was excellent as I was celebrating my wife birthday. They arranged the flower and cake upon my request. And my wife was very pleased by the setting. She also surprised by the Spa department that they make the 'HBD' letters at the treatment room. “住過不同地方和同類型的度假酒店, 這家給我的感覺是很不錯, 員工友善, 貼心, 可以馬上解決問題! 今次入住的是海邊帶有小按摩池的VILLA. 住宿算得上很不錯! 但由於島上要到外面其他地方走走的話, 唯一是要坐當地的士或者是酒店提供的包車, 價錢也很貴. 一程路也要1,000泰珠, 相等於HK$250, 很貴啊!! 但有些細節位如果可以再改善就更完美了. 就是當我們要坐小快艇離開的時候, 由於有其他客人一起, 大家都會有行李, 上船後並沒有叫大家檢查一次便馬上開船. 當然我相信他們是已經都安排好, 但總會有意外的嗎, 萬一拿錯, 或拿小了怎樣辦? 因為酒店去機場要坐40分鐘的快艇啊!!”

“飯店海景很漂亮，不過晚上蚊子很多，早上餐廳蒼蠅也很多。比較困擾的是：浴室水很小，而且忽冷忽熱的，還有房間礦泉水只給兩罐，根本不夠喝，需要水的話，飯店一瓶賣40元。另外，wifi從我們住的第一天晚上就無法連線，隔天早上到櫃檯詢問說會給登錄名稱和密碼也沒給，一直到下午，再到櫃檯詢問，才給了一組密碼。”

“good service, very friendly staff. most of them spoken good english and always smiling. the only thing i disliked the resort was the beach. its one of worst beach i've ever seen.
