“The house is adorable, exceptionally clean, stocked with plenty of necessities, and also had a lot of supplies for families with young kids/babies. Our host was exceptionally responsive, reachable, and helpful (don’t sleep on the local attraction guide!). We were able to walk to/from a wedding at the nearby Mills property with no issues at all. The only minor drawback to the property is that it faces a busy road, but we kept the windows closed and that blocked the sound of motorists just fine.”

“This house was a great stay for a long weekend. We had 5 people and had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked so making meals at home was great. The firepit was awesome and having a propane grill was nice for a cookout. The only downfall was a slow draining bathtub/shower and no towels being offered. I would totally stay again! ”

“We had a great time. The home was clean & space for 8woman was good. It’s was in a great spot close to NorthConway if you want to venture out. The price for the spot was good. The hill walking down to pond was steep. For young kids could be tricky. Wish the outside furniture was a little cleaner to sit on. We also couldn’t find any cleaning products to wipe down anything.”

“We stayed in excellent VRBO rentals before. Only problem was garbage from previous rentals had never been removed from property. As snow melted we found an old cigar but on deck as well as dog poop. Which we picked up ourselves. The were many different conflicting instructions on what not to do and what to do in regards to heat, water, dishwasher (there is no dishwasher), but there were pods for one? Otherwise, we had fun. “I didn’t look close at the on-line pics so at first arrival I had concerns. It’s a charming older style lake house that could use a bit of pampering but it was very clean and comfortable for our group of 8. “We had a nice stay at the cottage - it was cute and comfortable. Due to a rainy week, we didn't get to enjoy the beach or fire pit until our last day, but what nice little perks. We never figured out the beach pass situation, though. We went to the HOA office but they were closed. There is no laundry onsite despite the listing saying there is.
