"Fantastic stay, highly recommend. Area around property is very quiet, with at minimum a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants or convenience stores. Great views of Mount Fuji can be seen from the property, or anywhere in Fujiyoshida for that matter. Host doesn't speak English, but is fluent in Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, and Korean amongst other languages. She's super helpful and accommodating."

"The ryokan at entrance was beautiful. The lobby and the whole lower floor was spectacular. Loved how walking inside your completely transported to a Japanese experience with bridged walkways shaped of arcs and where there was ponds underneath lthose bridges. Right before entering the onsen, on either men or women, there's an amazing walkway Japanese decorated pathway that leads to their very own and waterfall. "This property was a treat to stay in, especially for the price. The traditional futons made for a quiet, relaxing evening before a busy day of touring Fujiyoshida. I was a huge fan of the wood floor bathroom and wooden bathtub as well. I would recommend spring or summer stays, as the traditional construction means it will be quite cold in the winter, but it was a lovely stay and I would recommend this to anyone visiting Mt. Fuji."
