“The staff at the front desk is friendly. But the room is not well cleaned. We found wet towel in the bathroom. It was just rolled for guest to use. We were waken up by the alarm twice during the sleep. That's so weird and scaring. ”

“We booked this hotel because the facilities looked really nice, and they were! We loved the room layout and the finishing seems new. However, we were shocked at the cost of the pet fee. We travel with our dog often and have never paid $150 pet fee before. This was more than the nightly rate of the room. Having a fee that is more expensive than your nightly rate is not pet friendly that’s just taking advantage of pet owners. ”

“Solicite una habitación con dos camas pues éramos 4 adultos. No estaba disponible y solo tenían de una sola cama. Al final se solucionó con un colchón inflable que apenas cabía en la habitación y no tiene el mismo confort de una cama común aun así Hubo solución. ”
