"Excellent accommodation. Lovely big bathroom. Attention provided by reception staff was friendly and welcoming. For convenience we should have checked in prior to exploring the area."

"Room was nice and spacious. Staff were very pleasant. Only negative things were 1) limited heating and what was provided took an extremely long time to warm up, and 2) the electric blanket on the main bed only works on one side."

"I loved having the balcony. I could enjoy the afternoon autumn sun while reading and having a coffee. I liked having the 2 different entrances to the property. Being on foot at all times, and not having to always go a long way round to enter was beneficial. Not far from the V-line bus stop. My room being on the main roads and right above the roundabout, the traffic can be a little relentless, but does seem to quieten between 9.30pm and 7-7.30 am. I would stay there again, no qualms! "

"I loved that use of the pool next door was included in our stay and the mini golf too. Uber eats/dominoes access was simple and easy. Excellent IGA and cafe and liquor store walking distance. Close to multiple tourist attractions in Ballarat. Loved it. 5 stars except our air con spat some brown ice on us on the low setting. Overall loved it."

"Absolutely beautiful stay with Leon. He couldn't have been a more welcoming and gracious host. If you're ever looking to stay in the area, this is it. Saw a kangaroo on the property first thing in the morning too so you know it's special!"

"Check in and check out were by a key code provided in advance. Quite easy and suitable for us. We can't really rate staff as we saw no one else. We were grateful to have the room facilities and comfort."
