We had a wonderful stay. We arrived later than the reception was manned, however the check-in details we were sent were impeccable. Very clear, step by step instructions. We also asked for the pool to be opened a little early so we could swim before check out and a late check out. The staff were more than helpful and accommodating. We got to have a swim and an 11am check out. Will be recommending people to stay here and we’ll be back too.

Reception guy was friendly and the pool was heated. They were the only things that were ok. We stayed for 2 nights with 3 kids. Do not recommend. Room was so old and foul. Pillows and beds are super old and uncomfortable. The photos make it look way nicer than it is. Everything is so run down. It needs some serious love and care.
