"Amazing management and staff! My favorite part was that the room serviced was the exact exact same price as the restaurant is no additional surcharges!!! We did have a situation with the water that was unfortunate, but not a typical situation. However, the managers took great care of us and also refunded us a good portion of our money for the inconvenience.!! We will be staying there again. "

"The room was very small, as was the bed. But it was clean, and had a refrigerator. As there is not a closet, the room needs hooks on the wall to hang coats. Also, TV should be upgraded to a smart tv so you can stream movies. "

"We arrived early and the receptionist let us check-in earlier then usual. The room was clean and they provide plenty of the towels. Location is convenient to nice restaurants around, hop-on and hop-on nus and a supermarkets. The pub next door was a little noisy at night. Overall a pleasant stay. "

"The staff throughout our stay were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast that’s included is very good and a bonus that it’s wasn’t buffet style. Our one bedroom suite was on the small side and more like a standard double, however the bed was very comfortable. "

"Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The switching controls in the room were interesting, but of no real consequence. "

"Great downtown location that was convenient for my planned trip activities. Complimentary breakfast had nice variety (including veggie and gluten-free options). Also liked the seawall and seaside brunch restaurants being within walking distance."

"Fantastic accommodation, very clean and spacious with a full kitchen, laundry in the unit and ample closet space. The suite had a bedroom with separate living area and a great city view from the dining area and bedroom. Everything worked in the unit and had no issues with staff or the space itself. The main problem which was definitely inconvenient was 1 of the 2 elevators were broken so at least twice we had to wait nearly 10 min for an elevator (had a stroller so not willing to climb 20...

"Location was great. The facility itself is very old and neglected. Bathrooms were very old and some showers didn’t work. The beds were uncomfortable. The room was too warm and AC didn’t work and also was at least 30 years old.0"

"This was condo. Not a hotel. We ended up with a nice 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in a very walkable neighborhood."

"Great hotel, definitley reccomended but there is no door to the balcony but there is a balcony. Small annoyance but that would have been a plus. Definitley recommend going to this place, if your spending a few days."
