「It was very clean and tidy. Housekeeping did a fantastic job everyday. We are a family of five of which three are boys under ten. The front desk was so accommodating and professional. We will definitely be staying here again. Also, the boys loved the rock slide at the pool!」

「Brand new hotel just 2 months old on Memorial Day 2024! Very neat and clean facility in a very good location. It was just 5 minutes drive from Okaloosa Island Beach access points which have free parking. The staff was courteous, plenty of parking, free breakfast, swimming pool. One star less for breakfast as no vegetarian options in hot breakfast (all meat and eggs), no fruits, no hot oatmeal. Also same breakfast menus two back to back days! the pantry lady was less interested in replenishing...

「Property was nice, well kept up. Room was spacious and clean- bed was not very comfortable. Gulf view from our room was beautiful. Front desk staff when we arrived(May 31st 3:00pm) were kind and helpful, we had issues upon check in with Expedia not sending over payment but they promptly called to resolve the issue. Staff at check out were not friendly(June 3rd 11:00am). Over all a decent stay for the $$ but would likely go back to Miramar area since this property is farther from good restaurants...

「We picked this hotel because it said beach view which wasnt accurate. We couldn't see the beach from the 4th floor. The hotel is on the newer side and the room was specious. The staff allowed us to check in early which was a plus, and the woman that checked us in was nice and friendly. But, some.of the staff weren't friendly or helpful (like the woman who checked us out). The housekeeping staff for our floor didnt speak english so it was difficult to communicate even using an app. We never...

「This was our first stay here and it definitely will not be our last. The staff was courteous and helpful and the customer service was impeccable. The activities on site were enjoyed by all and was appreciated that everything was kid friendly, we especially enjoyed the movies by the pool. The food was good and the breakfast buffet had so many options it was easy to satisfy everyone including the picky eaters. We had a blast! Til next time HIR FWB, we can’t wait to come back! 」
