Rarely am I pleasantly surprised when I stay somewhere, but this place was very cute, clean, and comfortable for my family of three. We were worried about distance from the beach but you are very close to public beach access. We had the best time and would love to book again some time soon.

This place is incredible. It’s tucked away right next to Topsail State Park and only 5 minutes from the public beaches. The location is perfect, super close to all the 30A towns and about half an hour from Destin. The space has really high ceilings, a massive bathroom, and a kitchenette stocked with everything you actually need (fridge, coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron). I would absolutely stay here again.

We requested pillows four times over two days before we were given a code to a dank linen closet to get them. The bedspread was stained and the unit felt dirty. I do not recommend staying here. Spend the extra money to stay somewhere you can get service and a clean room.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The beach was really too far to walk and driving a car to the public parking was hit or miss. Most people seemed to use bikes or golf carts. The reasons for a 4 out of 5 stars is that the bath mat was still wet from the previous renters and did not appear to have been cleaned. This gave me an icky feeling. One of the lamps was broken. I enjoyed having the kitchen area. Just seems like coffee could have been provided. Bring your own hairdryer and toiletries. Toiletries are provided, but they are very basic. The area feels safe, which is great for solo travelers like myself.

Fridge, freezer was okay, Hallway carpet smelled and was very stained, microwave panel door was broke and we had to try to get ahold of maintenance, no one ever got back to us on use of live TV, pool code was wrong code, too much furniture in sitting area to be comfortable, outside main entrance needs refreshed, trash laying around. Directions to ice machine were very confusing. I emailed, texted our concerns with no response, did talk to someone about microwave and got it fixed with my husband's help. Would not stay there again. Left one day early.

The mini split units have mold and/or mildew all over them. Even if you clean that off the grilles, it is still in the unit itself. The room is incredibly humid as well. The dehumidifier was full as well. This place would have made us sick—it hurt our lungs to be in there for any period of time at all. It took us three hours of back and forth on the phone before they agreed to give us a refund. When we left and got our refund, the company kept the fees and only returned the cost of the room. Absolutely awful experience, and it’s a shame because it’s a great location.

After a very stressful experience with another property, we booked this place at the last minute, and it completely saved our trip. Although there was no staff physically on the property, communication was excellent. The owners/property managers were extremely responsive, accommodating, and easy to reach by phone whenever we had questions. Their prompt communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and immediately put us at ease. The space itself was much roomier than expected and had a comfortable, home-like feel that made it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. We loved the kitchen with stovetop burners and a freezer. The location was fantastic. It was so convenient to Seaside, and the approximately one-mile walk to the beach was easy and enjoyable, with no significant inclines to navigate. We loved being able to leave the car behind and comfortably walk to the beach and nearby attractions. Everything was clean, quiet, and exactly as advertised. It is clear that the owners take pride in providing a great experience for their guests. We are so grateful we found this property and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, spacious, and welcoming place to stay!

There were only two small pillows on the king size bed. No extra pillows or blankets. There was a coffee pot with no filters. The entry and living room lights didn’t work. Otherwise the kitchen was well stocked. The unit was clean. The bed was comfortable.
