「We absolutely loved this property! We have been going to the Destin area from Texas for 20 years and this is the first beach house we booked. We will never go back to a condo. The privacy, pool, and access to the beach was perfect. The property manager was amazing and prompt with our questions before the stay, and a few during. We had overcast weather and requested a heated pool mid-stay and the maintenance guy was there in a flash to accommodate, plus he was super nice and had a fun...

「This home is absolutely beautiful! Our family of 14 people stayed here and we had such a nice time. Everyone loved how close this home was to the beach and the views from the house are incredible! Seaside shopping is just a short walk to get there so you don’t have to hunt for parking. Would definitely stay here again!」

「We Loved Soggy Dollar! It's so beautiful and Echelon hosts are excellent to work with. I do think it would be helpful for potential guests to know that none of the bunk rooms have doors -curtains only. There is no storage room for suitcases in the bunk rooms, or closets. or dressers or chests. Only one bunk room on the 4th floor has a separate bathroom. The other bunk rooms have no bathrooms. We had a total of 20 guests.The boys were the only ones willing to stay in the bunk rooms due to...

「The property was perfect for our family of 11. We had parents and grandchildren ranging in age from 1 to 12 years. It was well equipped with beach gear, cribs and even a high chair. The pool was the highlight for all of us and we were a short distance from the most beautiful beach. It was clean and well stocked with supplies from paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher soap and garbage bags. We highly recommend choosing this property for your next family gathering.」
