"The front desk was great and the hotel is nice and well located... only issue is the traffic noise which you can get around by using the heating/cooling system in the room which is really loud which becomes 'white noise"."

"The room was comfortable enough although very firm large pillows and noisy AC. Checkin required an app download, ID and photos. Ok for most, but not for my mid-70s parents who also stayed. Overall satisfactory."

"Cute boutique hotel with pre 1990s tv/media theme. Hotel lobby and each floor is well decorated using this theme. The room itself decorated with kitsch- knock off Warhol and such I could do without. The Mona Lisa playing a saxophone with sunglasses. Please. Pillows are too large and extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast does not come with the room. In general, cute but overpriced. "

"Noah, the Front Desk Attendant, was especially welcoming and helpful. I told him I was taking my son to the Neil Young concert at the XFINITY CENTER in Mansfield. He kindly remarked that he saw Neil Young at the same venue, and pleasantly offered parking advice. He was terrific!"
