「I couldn’t find the tub remote in the room, and there was a wet purple stain on the desk. Other things were totally acceptable.」

「The location of the hotel is very convenient, you can reach the subway station and bus station within 10 minutes' walk. The surrounding environment and convenience are great. Every employee in the hotel is super kind and enthusiastic. If you have any questions, you will get help quickly! The accommodation room is very clean, the air is very circulated, and the bed is very comfortable. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.」

「Unbelivably small, and low roof ceiling. I booked it for my friend and his son. They were shocked my utterly small room that cannot even lay down one luggage, then they requested to change a room. The staff charged them ￡50 or more(forgot the exact amount) per night, to change another small room that at least can extent a luggage. I did not know the extra charging fee when they left back. Shame. DO NOT recommend this hotel. 」

「Found the check in easy enough and had no problems with the keyless entry. Room was clean and the beds were very comfy. We also had a lovely view from the room with being on the top floor. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again」

「Reasonable value pub / bistro with rooms. Bar and restaurant are beautiful old victorian style and what might be referred to as a good old fashioned yet shabby chic boozer. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable and amenities are in order. Shame they dont do breakfast」

「Hygiene is a big issue. The washroom basin was stuck, and the water stayed in the basin with some stuff coming out. They have to solve it twice, unluckily that was my last date of stay.」
