“Very hospitable front desk staff. Requests were handled efficiently. Great amount and variety of buffet breakfast that fit the needs of different people including people who prefers a gluten free diet. Fitness Centre is quite spacious, neat and tidy.”

“The location of the hotel is quite good. The staffs are friendly. The laundry machines and the driers in the basement are well-designed and serves the hotel guests needs. Somehow, there is no pot, cooker and other necessaries to complement the kitchen facilities within the room, otherwise it will be perfect. The communication effectiveness with the housekeeping staffs can be further imrproved.”

“酒店以前是个学校改的，小巧精致。只有30多间客房，房间微信，离HAMMERSMITH地铁站步行10分钟左右。早餐不错。”

“最初很滿意該酒店的環境和整潔….. 但令我感到意外的是…. 當我向reception counter要求支裝水（因為小朋友飲用，怕會水肚不服，而飲用支裝水應該比較安心點）…. Staff 竟然話我個package 唔包提供支裝水！一般酒店都基本上都會提供2支支裝水！很意外得知該酒店連提供基本的水都要視乎什麼package ! 這點已經令我對該酒店大大地打了折扣…真係有點失望！ 入住第一日我向朋友推薦….. 後來在第二天有了以的經歷，我即時通知朋友如果要book該酒店，要問清楚……否則不能提供基本的水時，一時之間真係好難喺附近買！”

“A well equipped apartment in a quiet location with a supermarket nearby. A walking distance to metro station which go directly to Heathrow airport. The staff are nice and helpful. Highly recommended.”

“Not recommended for those who got large luggage. I got assigned to the 5th floor, but the elevator only reach to 4th floor. I need to carry the large luggage from 4th floor. Because of my schedule change, I arrive London one day late, I send email to inform them I will arrive at the next morning. The staff replied the email to inform me that they help me to cancel my order. Luckily I received the order cancel email after I arrived. I have no idea why I inform them about my late arrival time……

“The flat was large, clean and had proper amenities. Close to transportation, shopping, eateries and immersed in the local culture. I highly recommend these apartments for others and we shall use upon our return. Everyone was friendly and helpful. ”

“Fantastisk leilighet, alt var så delikat og moderne, veldig rolig område, samtidig som det var veldig sentralt i forhold til offentlig transport nær Imperial wharf. Kommer gjerne tilbake. Eneste minus var nøkkelhenting og levering, skulle ønske det kunne vært formidlet via concierge, istedetfor vis en kiosk et stykke unna leiligheten”

“We had a fabulous stay in the villa, plenty room inside for everyone. Outside area a bit smaller than I would have liked with only 2 sun loungers but didn’t dampen our 2 week stay. Highly recommend although the Solterra area was quite far from where we would normally book. The resort was a short walk and was fabulous, pool, lazy river and lots of seating/loungers ”
