We needed a clean, safe, unfussy place to stay ahead of a Wembley concert. We knew we wouldn't be in the room much. It was perfectly clean and the air conditioning was icey during the heat wave.

Really enjoyed my experience it was a great place to stay. Close to the bus and tube. Was located by many stores. The staff were so helpful. The room was clean and had everything you needed and more. The air conditioning was so amazing to have and after a long day sightseeing to come back to the room and cool off was so lovely. Would stay again and refer to friends.

Stayed here for a tradeshow at Olympia for 3 days and its great, I will use it again next year for sure. Great location, well organised, clean and well thought out rooms with tiny kitchen area as a bonus. Loads of good pubs nearby, good places for breakfast too. Highly recommended.

Everything was dirty. It felt like the only things that had been cleaned were the bed linens and towels. Everything else was dusty, moldy, dirty, and had an unpleasant smell.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room is in need of some TLC and a deeper clean, there was rubbish down the side of one of the bedside tables. The fridge smelled and could do with replacing or a deep clean. The shower holder was only partially attached to the wall. However, the location was ideal for an event at the Olympia and was comfortable enough for one night and the budget I had.

I booked this room for my daughter and according to her the room was cozy but warn and needed some care. Unfortunately, the fridge had problems and froze food, but the hotel fixed it. The location is nice and the room was clean with good air conditioning and she’d stay again. Nice and helpful staff.

The room was clean and beds comfortable with white cotton bedding. No bedside shelf so had to put water bottle on the floor. The shower room was small and the shower tray filled up with water as the drain was blocked. The air conditioner unit worked but was very noisy. Everything looked in need of updating but it was ok for one night.
