"It was a nice property"

"Over all, the stay was pleasant. There had been some staff members who just seemed "over it", but the younger staff had the welcoming attitude. The room over all was decent, the shower I had was not as up to date and couldve done with some maintenance. There was a young girl who serviced our room who was absolutely sweet and easy to converse with, in regards to needs ie. Towels. The only real complaint had was the loung downstairs, the extremely powerful fragrance was overwhelming and lingered...

"Went to Hawaii for a conference, the hotel is very close to convention center! But about a 45 minute walk to Waikiki Beach. Hotel staff was great, rooms were basic!"

"Our stay at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani began on a rocky note due to the initial room we were given, which was supposed to have an ocean view but did not meet our expectations. However, after bringing this to the attention of the front desk, they promptly relocated us to a better room on the second day. "While it’s no luxury hotel, it’s cheap and very clean. Also it is in probably the best area in Waikiki. Right near everything and feels very safe. Exceeded my expectations. Would definitely stay here again if looking for a budget option. The best deal in that area in my opinion."

"This was a great choice to stay in. Beautiful entrance, beautiful garden, beautiful ocean view, large ground floor patio and huge inviting lobby with plenty of plugs for electronics. Just watch out for those timeshare pushers like noa excursions, transportions and such."

"i wanted to recognize the front staff for being kind & helpful. they asked me a reason for my stay & i mentioned i was celebrating for my birthday. the sweet lady checking me in gave me chocolates. i will always remember the generosity. & house keeping does light cleaning like changing towels & cleaning the bed! helped a lot when most of towels are being used for the pool. "

"Hotel was well presented and rooms were modern and clean and wifi was fast. Staff were also very polite and eager to assist. Breakfast was also included which was very handy and a good way to start the day. Would definitely stay there again."
