"Quite disappointed with the condition of the room. The door lock was not functioning properly. No spare toilet roll and we ran out of it in the middle of the night! The shower gel dispenser did not work. Shouldn’t the house cleaning staff check on these things when they clean the room everyday? Buffet breakfast spread was sub standard by Accor hotel std. Food was lousy. "

"Terrible experience. Only 1 lift working waited lift to come for very long and up to take stair case The inside the room does not working at all and we have to move 3 rooms in 1 day "

"It's a new hotel with good facilities and efficient staff, respond quickly.The only problem i have is the noise that can burst into my eardrum by the loud music from Simpang Lima Events held during the night till almost midnight of my last night stay.For 3 star hotel it's well done Ibis Styles Simpang Lima.Will be coming back. "Well designed hotel with very good utilisation of space. However, sink leaks water whenever in use, wooden boards are terrorised by ants, hotel towels smells really bad, no hair dryer, hotel pool is greenish in colour and bedsheets and towels have stains.. lol it isn’t well maintained at all, just stay somewhere else.. hotel helped to spray some pesticide to kill ants but left wi try out even cleaning or clearing the corpses. I stayed 4 nights and the ants came back on the third night.. it’s...
