"This was a great value and oasis in a busy town. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Dhuri in the hotel restaurant."

"There were some minor issues and inconsistent level of service but hotel staff were prompt to rectify them. Nice heritage building with warm and helpful staff, especially F&B manager Bagus, and Nancy at the Club Lounge. Hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and slightly off the shopping areas but very pleasant. Looking forward to return."
