"Ok"

"The rooms were comfortable and larger than your typical NYC room. They could use a refresh in their bathrooms as the tub was cracked and exposed in the corner. The hotel was in a great location away from all the craziness and noise but very close to walk to many locations such as the Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden, Times Square, the Flatiron Building, or take the subway which was right on the corner of the same block. The best part was the amazing front desk staff, especially Paul....

"I liked how nice and cool the room was , I sleep well . The bed was comfortable and clean ,The front desk asked if I wanted daily room cleaning or every two days, I chose every two days which was perfect as I was able to come and go without bothering from staff as I was able to keep my things out and organized. I did not like the fact that I could not get ice due to the ice maker was broken most of my stay, I also brought my own pink face towel and after the cleaning of the room it had been...
