"Overall, I was happy. Location was exactly what I was looking for. A few small disappointments: Valet parking that was mandatory and expensive. If I’d known ahead of time, maybe. But it’s not listed on the website. The guys who ran the valet were super cool and in-&-out were fine. I just didn’t know about it beforehand. I had booked the hotel for three reasons: 1) location, 2) laundry facilities, 3) pool. 1) location was great! 2) laundry facilities- one washer/dryer was totally out...

"We did not get any service for our room. We requested clean towels and it took over a hour to get them. The TV didn’t work the last night. We got sound, but no picture. The curtain in the room was torn. It was a nice place and I will return, but details do matter. "
