"Hotel was clean "

"Very good value for money for a nice hotel with a gym and mini spa. Shame about the guests. Some teenagers going out in Maidstone ruined it for us. Hotel management should consider this and thetefore ensure families are placed away from groups of youngsters who are likely to disrupt sleep. Breakfast buffet was great, but the quality and variety for the bar and restaurant menus really need to improve "

"This is a great place to stay highly recommend! Reasonably priced and very good value. The room we had was quite comfortable on the top floor with a private balcony area, perfect for us smokers. We were right in the heart of the center easy walking distance to castle and pubs/ nightlife. The front desk is located just across the street and the staff were all super friendly and helpful! Would stay again for sure if ever back in the area great job!"

"Property Lovely grounds, a nice restaurant area, The room was a little dated however very clean and spacious. Be aware that you have to pay for parking, The staff was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. Food - well presented and lots of choice at breakfast. Negatives. Soup of the day, not the best. Value - Excellent. Got a great deal with Breakfast included. I would recommend and would defo stay again. "
