"This was our 4th stay and everything at the hotel was as expected. Staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean and quiet. Only downside was that the Grove St Metro stop is under renovation and we needed to walk to Exchange Pl when heading into Manhattan. Return trip was not affected. The work continues into fall of 2024."

"The views at this property are awesome. It was also really nice to have an entire apartment to myself. The building has great amenities, including a fantastic, large rooftop level with lounge and awesome view of NYC skyline. I’m a New Yorker, but I would do this again in a heartbeat! "Nice place. Not a typical hotel with daily service, but you get much more room for the price."

"Upon arrival we realized that the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and we had a 4 year old to feed. We ran the dishwasher and it flooded the entire kitchen floor. We also noticed that the washer had an old comforter that was soaking wet. We called the phone number provided (this is a condo owned by a person and the building is homes) the person answered and I explained the problems and they said "let me call the cleaning lady" and hung up. "This is an apartment that someone is renting out through a company, so the experience was interesting. 1. Check-In: Probably the one key tip. Call before you arrive. Since this is an apartment, there's no front desk person. Someone from the company has to meet you in the lobby to let you in. I didn't know this, so I had to wait about 15 minutes for a very nice person to get there an let me in the room.
